If you’re familiar with the Chinese calendar, you’d know that 2017 is the year of the Rooster. Converse looks to celebrate the occasion by releasing their Converse Year Of The Rooster Pack. Consisting of footwear and apparel, let’s get a closer look at this upcoming collection.
The Converse Year Of The Rooster Pack will feature the Converse Thunderbolt sneaker. Converse opts to give the shoe a predominantly Black upper accented nicely by the shaded of Grey placed throughout. The Grey hits are said to represent the feathers of a rooster. Additional features on the shoe include the custom insoles displaying the same rooster feather design and the Red lace tips. The apparel from the collection consists of a coach jacket, sweater and t-shirt done in black colorways with detailing such as embroidered roosters to go along with the theme of the pack. Set to drop on January 3rd at Converse’s online store, let us know if you plan on picking up anything from the pack.
