Kevin Durant’s tenure as a Texas Longhorn may not have been long, but he got to work, broke records and made a name for himself during his small stint at Texas. You’re probably thinking to yourself what that has to do with this Nike KD 9 Oklahoma PE. Well, if you know college basketball, you know that Texas and Oklahoma are arch rivals, which is why I find it kind of odd that Nike and Durant decided to give the school their own PE. Maybe due to the fact that Durant played for the Oklahoma City Thunder for all those years may have something to do with it, but who knows.
The shoe itself comes in the team colors consisting of Red and White done in split color blocking fashion, while the White midsole comes covered in Red speckles. Thoughts on this KD 9 PE? Would you cop if they were to release to the public? Let us know in the comments below.
