What took so long?! At least that’s what I think fans of Bape are saying when they got word that the Bape Bapesta Mid is finally coming with the brand’s shark graphic branding. Before you get too crazy about this info, I must tell you that the shark graphic is not placed on the upper but rather on the outsole. Still, it’s a start right?
Coming in two tonal colorways, the Bape Bapesta Mid comes in your choice of a Black or White leather upper. Each colorway is contrasted by the opposite color used on the branding placed on the panels and tongue. The brand’s shark branding is then placed on the outsole underneath the translucent guard. Thoughts on the shark branding on the outsole? It is enough of a change to make you want to get a pair? Stay tuned to find out when both pairs get a release date.

I like the idea of using the shark graphic on the shoe, but on the outsole though? Who’s going to be able to see that? Hmmm.
